Sathuragiri Hills/Malai is situated about 65kms kms from Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, India. Sathuragiri is the Home of God and is also the abode of lots of Siddhas including Agastiyar, Gorakkar, Kaalangi Naathar,Satta Muni, Athiri MaharishiRama Devar and Sundranandar. It is a divine place where the Siddhas still worship Lord Shiva from Sathuragiri. So the hills are also known as Sivan Malai or Mahalinga Malai.
